Benchmark revision1253

We are benchmarking yade revision 1253 on various multi-core workstations. The benchmark is done by launching multiple instances of yade, to fill all cores. The test file is at http://geo.hmg.inpg.fr/~janek/benchmark/Compacted_5821.xml.bz2

NOTE: the commands below assume that you have all yade dependencies installed, for full list of required libraries see Installation
